Product Overview
This wing rib assembly is manufactured as new OEM equipment for the Boeing 777-200 and 777-300 series aircraft. Every unit is produced under strict adherence to Boeing BAC 5432 structural specifications and undergoes comprehensive dimensional inspection before shipment. The assembly forms a critical load-bearing component within the wing box structure, transferring aerodynamic loads from the skin and spar into the main wing structure.

Specifications and Compatibility
The wing rib assembly is compatible with the following aircraft models: Boeing 777-200, 777-200ER, 777-200LR, 777-300, and 777-300ER. Material composition consists of 7075-T7351 aluminum alloy with corrosion-resistant steel fittings. Each rib is serialized and shipped with a certificate of conformance (CoC) and material test report (MTR) traceable to the original mill source.
Installation requires standard airframe tooling per Boeing AMM Chapter 57. The assembly includes pre-installed bushings, sealant applications, and bonded reinforcement pads that meet the original design intent. Lead time for special-order configurations is typically 8 to 12 weeks depending on raw material availability.
Quality Assurance
All manufacturing processes are conducted under our EASA Part 145 and FAA 145 repair station approvals. Each unit passes 100% first-article inspection using CMM (coordinate measuring machine) verification against Boeing master tooling definitions. Batch traceability records are maintained for a minimum of 20 years per aviation regulatory requirements.
