FIC Cleaning Equipment
3rd-Generation Pulsed Fluoride Ion Cleaning (FIC) Equipment
It adopts a dual vacuum pumping and top feeding design, with the workpiece retrieval position (after cleaning) located above the reaction kettle. The equipment is mainly used to clean carbon deposits, oxides, and other contaminants from the inner surfaces of cracks in components.

High-Power Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EB-PVD) Equipment
Under high-vacuum conditions, a high-energy-density electron beam is used to bombard and heat the target material, forming a stable molten pool on its surface and bringing it to a vaporized state. Finally, the target material vapor condenses on the substrate to form the coating.
